New Cluster “E-NERGY” to Democratize Consumer Access and Participation in the Energy Sector

DECODIT has joined forces with three more Horizon Europe projects — DIGITISE, EU-DREAM, and ENERGENIUS to form the new cluster “E-NERGY.”

The projects share a common goal: leveraging digital technologies to enhance consumer participation in the energy transition.

This special episode of the EU Energy Projects Podcast features a conversation between three EU-funded projects grappling with the complexities of data exchange in fragmented, isolated ecosystems.

While coming from different domains, they face similar barriers as they aim help end-user citizens to trust, and share data, as they participate in the energy transition.

This episode was recorded in the media studio at Enlit Europe in Milan, where energy projects where at the heart of the event.

Other key topics include scalability of solutions, interoperability, and the role of digital twins in enhancing the European electricity grid. Emphasis is placed on collaboration, leveraging open-source tools, and aligning efforts with EU regulations.
